My first adventure together with my new best friend, Meneertje Keukenrobot, was baking my own homemade bread and since it was so much fun I will definitely do it again.
I headed to the closest AVEVE, where my investigation began! They had more than 15 different types of flour; for brioche, baguettes, multigrain bread, Waldkorn, bread with pumpkin seeds, low carb, omega 3 bread and so on... (for more information).
To be honest, I really had no clue what to choose. So, after taking three times a pack of flour with me and going back I decided to go for a simple bread with a lot of grains, better known as a multigrain bread.
When I got home I took out Meneertje Keukenrobot, weighed all the ingredients and the baking began! And it went perfectly. After waiting for almost two hours I could take my warm, golden bread out of the oven.
My homemade bread tasted amazing!!! The crust was crunchy, the inside not to dry or wet and soft. Combined with some homemade jam it made the perfect breakfast.
